    By doing daily morning walk you can overcome social anxiety. This is the best and easy method to overcome the social anxiety. It also helpful to prevent from many diseases.

    "Anxiety" : Notice the actual experience you are calling anxiety. See if you can go beyond the label and notice what your actual experience is right now. Now see if you can welcome it. See if you can allow whatever that experience is to be here, can you welcome it? Welcoming simply means giving the experience time and space to be as it is right now. Now check and see if you are wanting to get rid of the experience. Can you welcome wanting to get rid of it. Can you allow yourself to experience wanting to get rid of it as much as you do, in the way that you do. And now just check and see, could you let go of wanting to get rid of it? Would you let go if you could? When?
