Hi Hale and Sedona/Letting Go Family,

This is my first post. I have owned the Sedona Method cassette tapes and workbook for a number of years but i lost touch with practicing it. About 6 months ago i pulled out my old tapes knowing i needed to get back on track with it. Boy, how grateful i am that i did. I have since purchased the newest Sedona Method three course CD's, the Big Kahuna Release Bundle and the most recent Holistic Releasing/Absolute and Practical Freedom CD's. I can't begin to state how extremely helpful the Method is. I love Hale's voice... matter of fact i think i have a crush on him... and the Method truly gets down deep into the core of everything going on with me and causes me to know that ALL IS WELL! I found a great since of calm and relief while listening and after listening to 'Fear and it will appear'. I agree, that we are all in this together and we are who and what it will take to reverse the negative stuff that is going on in the world.
