Any cool experiences with ho'oponopono?

If you use the Sedona Method to release on your Self, Ho'oponopono is used to release on the "other". Both have the same effect on both your Self and the "other", except I see the Sedona Method as something you do almost entirely for your Self and Ho'oponopono almost entirely for the "other". And since there is no "other" and no "out there", you are basically releasing on alternating aspects of your experience.

Any cool experiences with ho'oponopono and the sedona method?
