    Hi byron!

You are on the main website right now. Have a look at the Home page (see WEBSITE button above) and read a little about The Sedona Method there. There is a book that can be purchased on this website. The Sedona Method book has everything you might want to know regarding what The Method is and how to work with the various processes. If you'd like to go more deeply into the process there is a SuperCourse that takes you through a beginners course. There are lots and lots of free videos on YouTube with Hale Dwoskin that demonstrate The Sedona Method. Have a look at those and see if you are interested in learning about the processes in a more in depth and structured way and then come back here to purchase the book and/or the SuperCourse as well as many other courses. FYI, the book comes with the SuperCourse.

    Best,
    Delilah

There has been some posts regarding the Sedona Method. I know nothing about it. I Googled it but do not know where to begin.

If you use and like the Sedona Method, could you point me to some websites, videos, courses, etc. that work for you?

    Thanks in advance.

Thanks for sharing this video! I consider such videos are really helpful. I started learning more about psychology, reading books and watching movies. I can recommend some actually - "A Beautiful Mind", "Enough", "The Hurricane", "Reign Over Me". If you don't know where to watch movies, here is a list of the best streaming sites https://streamingsites.com

    Hi Tom,
I see that your post is again about selling to viewers. The last time you posted about this there was a cost to view. This website and TSM community forum is FREE support for people interested in TSM and releasing.

    Thank you,
    Delilah

So many things Tom! I loved the story from the guy who is an accountant who found himself embracing releasing even though he was skeptical because he'd never encountered anything like it in his life. I loved the story from the fellow who was a cook at Lester's place in Sedona and shared about his getting into a knock-down-dragged-out fight with another guy and Lester came in and said something like, "Good! Let all of that stuff come out!" And I loved the story about the woman coming in and shouting at Lester and Lester being completely at peace and being utterly unaffected by the emotional outburst directed at him. Collectively and individually each person was able to convey how loving, peaceful, imperturbable, and beyond this world Lester was. The whole film successfully transmits a "felt" sense of Lester's Mastery.
