    Hi Everyone,

    I want to share a release that has been a huge help to me recently. It comes from Hale's release on fear, where you let go of wanting the feared experience to happen. I've noticed that I'm often expecting to have a bad day, or expecting to feel anxious, or angry, or guilty. When I'm doing this, I simply ask "Could I let go of wanting to have a bad day today?" or "Could I let go of wanting to feel anxious today?" or "Could I let go of expecting to feel guilty today?"...etc... You get the idea!

    Try it out and see what happens

    Great it's helping you. Personally I find it easier to release on fear when I dive in to it. I tried letting go of expecting something bad to happen but that just made me more scared because my mind wen't: "oh no, if I won't let this go will it happen?" haha
