By Phone
1) Dial (712) 432-0075
2) At the prompt, enter PIN: 773380#

By Skype

1) Add 'freeconferencing' to your Skype contacts
2) Click 'Dial' to call the conference
3) At the prompt, using the Skype dialpad in the active call window dial PIN 773380#

Hi,
I am very new to this by may want to try out this "Support Call".
I have skype. I am not sure how to do, I have added "freeconferencin" to my contacts.
Should I enter 773380# in the "dialbox"?
Can I join without speaking so much ?

Hi, Kaarina,
Once you click 'freeconferencing' to initiate the call, you will be prompted to enter an access code or PIN. That is the time to enter 773380#. You need to enter it in the dialpad that is WITHIN THE ACTIVE CALL WINDOW (not the dialpad that comes up through the menu). You can bring that up by clicking the little dialpad icon in the call window.

You are welcome to speak up but it's not necessary. Most people on the calls just listen.

I just figured out this was today, my today in Sweden, I thought it would be tomorrow ( Friday)
