When using the Sedona Method is it the "decision" to let go that causes the release? Thank you!

      Hi Seven222!

Well, yes and no. The decision to release can be an intention instead of an actual experience. Intending to let go is not a let go. Letting is an actual experience. The questions are so brilliantly designed that the totally support a release. It's best if you answer them honestly and not how you want to answer them or how you think you should. If you answer them honestly you will have a great release even if you get no for an answer. Also, pay attention to what's going one from the chin down. If you are tense and contracted you are holding on and if you are relaxed and spacious inside then you have let go. Try this: Make a fist, it doesn't have to be tight. And then open the fist. The opening of the fist is what a let go often feels like inside. At the beginning it can be very helpful to observe the chest and the stomach. There is a lot of soft tissue there and that gives us great feedback on how the releasing is going. Eventually you will be letting go instantly and effortlessly. You will be able to have releases all over the body, including the head.

      Best,
      Delilah
