  • help me make sense of hale's instruction in absolute freedom

' mind is , mind is not, feeling is , feeling is not '' memory is , memory is not ' there are from the absolute freedom audio files
what does hale mean? I do not understand how to make sense of these, and what do they intend to convey?
mind is ? mind is what? mind is not? mind is not what?

    thanks

    Dear Bodhimind,
It's good to ask for clarification when something is not clear in order to best support yourself and take your releasing deeper. These are Holistic Releases, as explained in the introduction to the Practical & Absolute Freedom audios. Most are pretty self-explanatory. This one however is a very powerful 5th Way exploration which, if you lead with your heart rather than your head, will gently expand your consciousness beyond mind/memory.

Sit quietly and go back and forth with space in between the two questions, without any expectation. Remember to ask yourself rather than the mind, beyond all concepts, and enjoy your exploration.

    Love,

      Hi bodhimind!

      Try this:

      Notice mind is…

      Notice mind is not…

      Notice feeling is…

      Notice feeling is not…

      Notice memory is…

      Notice memory is not…

          Hi bodhimind!

You don't have to fill in the blank but sometimes the mind will just do that automatically. Just welcome whatever appears in awareness and allow any thoughts/feelings/sensations to come up so they can move on through the bodymind.

I just realize the word‘ is’ here means ‘exist’ , then that is more sensible~~

              Hi bodhimind!

The word "is" means "exist" to you in this moment. Do not assume what it will mean to you in the next moment. Whatever meaning appears in awareness in any given moment is the correct meaning. Could you allow the word "is" to mean whatever it does in any given moment? Would you? When?
