Energy Vampires?

Hello,

Is the concept of energy vampires, i.e. other people draining your energy in order to make themselves feel better, accepted as valid within the philosophy of Sedona Method? People have written books on this very subject. It feels very real as a process anyhow. Then again, at a higher level, I suppose there is only one energy and only one person.

Either way, release suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

I'm not sure what you mean by valid. TSM is not just a process of self inquiry but it is also an energy modality. While we don't discuss the concept of energy vampires directly we address any tendencies and patterns that seem to appear in one's experiences. We recommend that folks release on any energy dynamic if it is perceived as problematic. So if you are perceiving an energy dynamic that is problematic such as the one you are labeling energy vampires you can release on this. Based on the way you have described this dynamic you might want to explore this releasing process.
