I also saw the Letting Go movie and was really intrigued, so I decided to find out more about the Sedona Method.

Sedona Method made me feel more relaxed in comparison to other methods where I felt that I am fighting with myself in order to change a belief or a habit. I am still a beginner, I am studying now in SM Book, I am in chapter 7 now and it's been difficult to release on the wants ( I have spent 10 days on this chapter and still I am struggling to understand it) I will not move on to the next chapter until I understand how to release the basic wants.

    Thank you Lester
    Thank you Hale
Thank you SM community members and coaches

    Hello,

I am a new releaser from Egypt. I knew about SM a few months ago from an Egyptian forum, I gave it a try and I loved it.
So, I decided to go deeper and learn about it from Hale and his programs. I am so happy to be a member in your community.

    Hi Ben!!

    Welcome to the community!

So glad you see the value in partnering with folks to release. I love releasing with partners. I have several folks I release with regularly myself.

    Best,
    Delilah

My name is Ben Bigelow, I live in Minnesota. I've been an active seeker following various modalities most my life. Around 5 years ago, I realized I had basically cut myself off from feeling my emotions. I learned of the Sedona Method through a mentor. Initially, it was not easy for me. I had such a seeming amass of repressed emotions, I would sometimes not be able to sleep all night when I started. that was 5 years ago. I haven't been completely consistent, but have worked the method a ton in that time. I am currently looking to find some partners or others that want to inspire each other to do so more often and perhaps share in the process, which I find to be a Godsend and a powerful technique that affects all aspects of our life in a very positive way.

    Hi Kathy!

    Welcome to TSM community!

And thanks for telling us a little bit about yourself.

As Colleen has shared there is much help and healing and progress to be had through releasing. There is a Sedona Method book that will tell you all about the basics and there is a recorded basic course that will take you through all the basic ways to release.

And feel free to ask any questions here and to share gains any time.

    Best,
    Delilah

Do you have the Sedona Method Course? I plug in Hale's prompts every day. A big issue that got set aside as so important was the "story" of my childhood and the defensive/offensive behaviors that became a part of me up until now (age 60). Two days ago something happened in my current relationship that set off this reactive behavior and threatened the relationship. I did some creative processing (creative visualisation) and then plugged in Hale's prompts for releasing on "Resistance". I focused in on the resistance in the relationship and voila! It never fails me, Hale helping me to stay focused. Once I get started though I can turn him off and continue on my own. Done daily, the course keeps you smoothed out.
