    Hi mangos!

When we focus awareness on anything it is automatically opening and welcoming. So yes, in that way, it is like triple welcoming. Because the hallmark of TSM is letting go and all the processes are geared toward supporting a let go it is unique. And it is unique because it shows us how to let go effortlessly in so many different ways. The emphasis on letting go is what makes TSM so comprehensive, simple and effective. There is no dogma offered in TSM. It is just about letting go. Once we get really good at letting go we really don't need any more dogma. That's because when we let go of everything we are not, and experience that which we really are we don't need anything. We discover that we are everything that we need or are seeking.

    Best,
    Delilah

Thanks Delilah, that explains it very well. )

I just so happen to be watching a youtube video of Eckhart Tolle explaining how to dissolve the pain body, and he states that we when put our awareness on the thoughts and feelings, we get to a place of detachment to these thoughts and feelings, and they no longer have any power over you. Is this what triple welcoming does?

    Hi Mangos!

The Vortex Process in TSM is all about welcoming everything that is appearing in awareness so that it can come up and be released. In TSM we are not waiting until anything happens. We are letting go of every thought, feeling, memory, fantasy, that is covering over the eternal and infinite isness that we already are. When we let go of everything we are not we can experience that which we really are.

    In support of your freedom,
    Delilah

    Hey guys,

Can anyone help clarify how the "vortex" (as per Abraham-hicks teachings) is related to the Sedona method?

Here's the official definition of what it is:

"A Vortex is a vibrational state of being that is a precursor of all positive motion forward of all that is. It’s like, encapsulated, condensed, straight-up Source. It’s pure positive energy. It’s the holding tank. It’s the anchor. It’s the touchstone. It’s the place where all dreams and wishes and hopes are held until we find vibrational alignment with them. It’s the eternal pool of wellbeing to which each of us have added mightily along the path of our physical experience."

What would this state be in relations to the sedona method emotional scale?
