    could I let it go
    Would I let it go

    is that all I need to do?

    Dear Seral,

    that's correct. This is a wonderful tool and produces profound results.
    1) What is my Now feeling about this bad habit? (allow yourself to feel whatever you are feeling in this moment)
    2) Could I welcome sensations, sounds, feelings and pictures I am experiencing in this moment around that bad habit?
    3) Could I let it go? ("yes" and "no" are both acceptable answers, whatever feels more natural to you.)
    4) Would I let it go? ( try to stay away from debating as best you can. If you are not sure, ask yourself: Would I rather have this problem or would I rather be free.)
    5) When? (this is an invitation to just let it go now)
    Repeat these steps as often as needed until you feel more freedom around that issue.
