    I drive myself nutty with paranoia. Help, please.

    Dear Persephone,
    First off all, check to see what is actually here now? Is someone hurting you right now?

    Could you welcome the fear with all the sensations, pictures, sounds, thoughts and all the memory about it?
    Could you also welcome any wanting to stop it from happening, any wanting control it or get rid off it. Could you welcome any attachment and aversion to it including hold it close or push it away?
    Could you welcome any sense that it is personal, that fear is about you or who you are? Could you welcome the identification with that story of fear?

    The triple welcoming is a perfect way to release this topic. What you can also do is another Sedona Method process.

    What are you afraid of happening?
    Could you welcome that fear, that story. Just allow that to be here.
    Does that feel like this fear is coming from wanting approval, control, security, separation or oneness?
    Which ever want it is, could you welcome it.
    And could you let that want go?
    Could you let go of expecting that fear to happen?


    Here is something else you can discover.

    Could you allow yourself to feel as fearfull as you do.
    Could you allow yourself to feel as fearless as best as you can.
    Could you allow yourself to feel as fearfull as you do.

    Remember that fearlesness is your natural state. Feelings and thoughts are coming and going, what you are is beyond all.
