Answering questions

When I ask myself releasing questions (whatever releasing question), then I also answer myself yes or no truthfully, right?

Yes! Always answer the question honestly because even if you get a "no" for an answer you can still have a great release. IOWs if you get a "no" and allow that to be the answer INSTEAD of pretended it's a "yes", you'll have an even better release.
