Thanks Delilah! Holistic releasing is working well for me when falling asleep, going back and forth between being aware of sensations in the body and being aware of the sensationless background in which the sensations arise.
And yes - I’ve listened to a support call and also an audio CD in bed and both times I’ve fallen asleep very quickly (although I was trying to stay awake to listen to them!)
Going to sleep with the Sedona Method I’m getting more intuitive and transpersonal dreams as well which is an unexpected gain!
