    Hello

    Hope everyone is still keeping safe during the COVID crisis?

    I recently have been trying to release on 2 x major issues in my life. One is with Anger towards a Manager at work and the other is to do with a hamstring injury due to running that I have had for a couple of months now?

    I keep asking the normal questions: Can I let this feeling go? Would I? When? I always feel better afterwards but then the following day the issues seem to return if but sooner? Am I doing something wrong?

    Any guidance would be welcome.

    Hi jholmes77!

    Take your time welcoming the anger more fully so that it all can come up and release. Sometimes trying too hard to let something go is really wanting to get rid of, and that is really resistance. So spend more time welcome the anger, take your time until it releases fully. And remember that welcoming is the second most fundamental way to let go.
