  • Successful Online Business

Hale, Hi, Yesterday (July 39th 2010) my latest website went live. My goal with this website is to provide valuable information to help others improve on their lives and for me to be richly rewarded.

I have written 2 goals: "I allow myself to become rich because I add value to other people's lives" and "I allow my online business to grow each day, creating streams of passive income."

Have I written my goals correctly?

As for releasing, I only using the Goals Process and Beliefs. I do the Goals Process upon awakening, and the Beliefs 'process' at bedtime. If I get time during the day, I squeeze them in.

Am I right in focusing my releasing methods only on those 2, or will it be more beneficial to include other releasing processes?

Also, Hale, I find when I release at bedtime, I have a nightmare or a horrible dream. Any comments on that, please.

    Many thanks.

    Hani

    Some remarks about wording goals

    Hi Hani,

    some remarks about your quotes:

The first quote I would phrase differently. It seems to me you combine 2 different goals - they might be connected, and they might not. Why not phrase it as 2 different goals? Seems more clear to me.

Especially the word because in this goals limits your options in my opinion. And why do that?

As for your question about other ways of releasing; in my experience it is helpful to try out other tools too. Explore them and find out which one help you the best at that point in time. For example, I love using the holistic releasing processes and also the triple welcoming, as demonstrated by Hale in the movie Letting Go.
    Very powerful and freeing!

    Hope this helps,
    Clarie

      Hi Clarie,

Yes, very good point: It's better to separate the first goal into 2, and that the word 'because' is limiting. Thanks for pointing those out to me. As for the holistic releasing processes, I'm only familiar with the ones Hale does in the Sedona Method Super Course (the all-in-one one). Do you recommend I use that or is there another one that you can recommend?

Also, if I may ask your opinion on my other goals that I use in the Goal Process:

"I allow my online business to grow each day, creating streams of passive income"
"I am allowing greater business and financial success into my life"
"I allow myself to easily have an abundant cash flow of £4,000 net or more"
"I am becoming a highly successful, super affiliate"
"I allow money to come to me in ever-increasing quantities"
"I allow my creativity to create success and wealth for me"
"I allow my gratitude to open me to unlimited financial and business success"

I use the Goal Process every morning for about 20 minutes focusing on one goal each day. And sometime during the day I release using the Beliefs and also the Fear process on that day's goal.

Do you think what I'm doing is effective? Any help in this regard would be welcomed (to me and the other readers).

      Thanks, Clarie

Focus on a Life Goal and a 30-days Goal

        Hi Hani,
in the basic course (all-in-one) there is a lot of good stuff, and this might be sufficient to you.
If you want to explore even more options, for example about holistic releasing, then the Practical Freedom program is wonderful. I used an use it a lot. For you Disc 2 (The Wealth Builder) seems a good one.

Another possibility is, when you are into Goals, is to have the Effortless Creation program. This is a course with a 30 days program to achieve a Life Goal and a 30-days Goal. During these 30-days you can release with the 13 CD’s that are available for this program. It allows you to release in depth about your goals. Are you using this program at the moment?

One of the hints in this program is to choose only 2 goals for a period of 30 days. Only 2, so you can really focus on these 2. One Life Goal (a core goal) and one 30-days Goal (a short term, you can see substantial progress with). After the 30-days period you can choose to cycle through the program again with 2 new goals.

The wording of your Goals seems fine to me, great to start with ‘I allow…’. Also your wording is positive and mostly in the now (an exception is “I am becoming…” – future goals tend to stay in the future). And describing the result of your goal (as opposed to the means to get your goal), is helpful too.

My hint to be more effective would be to choose a Life Goal and a 30-day Goal for a period of 30 days, instead of focusing on a different goal every day, although they are related.

And some questions to ask yourself that might be helpful:
        • Do the goals feel realistic to you?
        • Are you also releasing on action steps for your goals? And are you taking these action steps and do you evaluate the results?
        • Have you released about ‘having goals’ in general? This could be helpful too.
        • Do you notice progress in your attitude and actions towards your Goals?
        • Do you also value what is already there?
        • Have you released on your hearts deepest desire?
        • Have you used ‘advantages and disadvantages’ about your goals? This is powerful too.

This is what comes up for me at the moment.

Who has some more suggestions for Hani?
Hani, I hope you will let us know how you are doing!

            Hi Clarie,

Thank you very much for taking the time to go into so much detail in helping me with this issue. I have started using the Practical Freedom course as you suggested. I am going to listen to it all, from beginning to end, as my 'first round', then I will focus and only go through CD2 (the wealth builder) for a while, perhaps 3-4 weeks and see how I feel. Unless you recommend otherwise.

After 3-4 weeks I will go through Effortless Creation, focusing only on one Life Goal and one 30 Day Goal. Selecting which are the two goals to focus on I can see being a challenge in itself. However, in my eagerness and preparation, I have chosen the 2 below:

I think I can make my 30 day goal:

"I allow my online business to easily create a net income of £500 per month"

            My Life Goal:

"I allow myself to add tremendous value to other people's lives"

            Any comments on this strategy?

Clarie, you have been most helpful in fuelling my progress. I thank you very much for that.

              Hello Hani,

I remember this part of your original question and would like to offer a couple of suggestions that I have personally found to be helpful.

Cleaning up your day, which could include reviewing the actions taken in relation to your goals, can be done earlier in the evening - perhaps before dinner.

Triple Welcoming is a very simple, effective approach: Simply welcome all that happened during the day, as well as any wanting to change, fix, or resistance to what was, including any wanting to hold it close (replaying/reliving it) or push it away (push it out of mind).
You'll notice tension and sensations start to dissolve as you open and relax inside. Then welcome any sense that any of that is personal, about you, or who you are. Any sense of taking it personally - any sense of "me" or "mine".
Welcome too that which is beyond all of that, the spaciousness, expansiveness or awareness that is actually here now. Notice or explore that which is already at rest.

Going through this process a few times frees you to enjoy the rest of your evening and to naturally unwind before going to bed.

Should you recall any disturbing dream, upon waking, notice that it is not here now, it is simply a memory!

Triple Welcome the memory and any pictures, sensations or sounds associated with it. Welcome too any w/to change it, get rid of it, or figure out what it means, any attachment or aversion, as well as any sense of identifying with it - and just simply let go! Welcome what is actually here now. Repeat if necessary.

This allows you to start the day refreshed and open.

              Sweet dreams!

              Annie

Thanks a bunch for the great input. I am still not too familiar with Triple Welcoming. I will have to study that further.

                    Many thanks again,

                        Hani,
There are tons of support calls on this site that use the triple welcoming so you can release along with them. I don't have the time right now to find out for you, but I'll try to do that later. It's a very simple process, and enormously effective.

I also use it a lot in my support calls. Please feel free to sign up for those on my website and join in. The next one is on Aug. 26.

Support call & Triple welcoming examples

                          Hi Susan,

in the last e-mail you've send about your Support calls, you mention Wednesday Aug 25 as the next date...
I know this because I intend to join in! I appreciate you also having these calls regularly on times that are convenient for us Europeans; I attended one of them some time ago and benefitted from that.

                          Hi Hani,

here some of my take about triple welcoming (Hale Dwoskin also shows triple welcoming in the movie Letting Go).

I really love this tool! In my experience it is very, very powerful. I use it a lot.

                          Triple welcoming has 3 parts:
                          • Welcoming what's here now
                          • Welcoming that you want to change this
                          • Welcoming any sense this is personal

As you can see, the first part is the same as with basic welcoming.

The second part - I feel is very ingenious - is about you wanting to change what is. You are holding on to this in the first place, because you want to change it. Welcoming this, is welcoming your resistance.

The third part is very powerful too. Some people say: ofcourse it is personal, expecting it to be a trick question or something. But it is just what it is, acknowledging it is personal.

You can vary the wording of this; like Susan mentioned before, there are many examples of it.

                          Basic questions:
                          • Can you welcome all feelings, thoughts, images and sensations that are here
                          • Can you welcome any want to change or fix this
                          • Can you welcome any sense this is personal, about you or who you are

Some variations, you can choose the wording that works for you. (I like to use variations of it, to 'confuse' the mind):
                          • Can you welcome all feelings, thoughts, sensations....pictures/images....sounds....memories....decisions connected with this....energy connected with this....beliefs connected with this
                          • Can you welcome any want to change or fix this....any want to hold it close or push it away....any aversion and/or attachment...resistance to what is....any want to replay or relive it....any want to push it out of your mind....any wanto to get rid of it or embrace it
                          • Can you welcome any sense this is personal, about you or who you are....any sense of taking it personal....any sense of me or mine....Can you ask yourself: is it me or mine?

Notice the use of holistic releasing in e.g. 'any want to hold it close or push it away' - isn't that beautiful?

Let us know how it works for you,

                          Clarie
