    Sedona question

    When we ask, " what is my now feeling?" , do we have to say if its anger or something else? Couldnt it suffice to just answer, "now, I am feeling THIS"? We already know what the feeling is, right?

    Absolutely, just ask yourself 'What is my now feeling? ' Just recognise it and then let it go ; of course sometimes it is usefull to see what feeling you are feeling in order to detach from it ( you are not that ... feeling , right?) and then, let it go.Thanks

    Of course, Robbie, it is not absolutely necessary that you should articulate what you are feeling now. If you know what you are feeling and are able to welcome it, then that's just fine.
